Catholic RE Inspection Report

Our parents say:

There is a caring Christian ethos. 

We are delighted to share the outcome of our recent Catholic Schools Inspectorate visit in October 2025. St Thomas More Catholic Primary School was judged GOOD overall, with GOOD in Catholic Life and Mission, Religious Education and Collective Worship.

Inspectors highlighted the strength of our community, noting that:

“Relationships across the school are strong, fostering a genuine sense of community where pupils feel safe and secure.”

 

They also recognised the pride our children take in their school. Pupils themselves described St Thomas More as:

                                            “An amazing school to be in and that nobody feels left out.”

This report is a wonderful affirmation of the faith, care and hard work shown every day by our children, staff, parents, governors and parish community.
